No clips on the floor for free weights, no paper towels to wipe sweat, 1 squat rack and 1 Smith machine. The locker room and bathroom were clean and it is in a good location (proximity to LAX airport and Sofi stadium).

These people are literally THE WORST group of employees I have ever encountered. They call me daily ( as of a few weeks ago) , I've told them countless times to remove my number, which I have had for 20 years. Never been to an LA Fitness in my life, and don't know anyone who has a membership. Instead of helping me or giving me a Manager to speak to, they lazily told me to just block them. So I reported them as spam and filed a formal complaint with Consumer Affairs and the BBB. All because they couldn't take the time to be decent human beings and remove my contact info. Do better.

I came here after being a member of the playa vista location, of course, is not the same, but if you are really going to work out then it's ok, plenty of machines, staff does their best to keep it clean and organized.

I went to sign up for a trial. I was asked to have a seat because the woman was on the phone. I sat down for about 15 minutes after she got off the phone she never helped us.

Pretty nice gym been going here for over a year, just recently started going to a new one because I moved cities. Catherine/Katherine the front desk girl was very nice and helped with any questions I had since I was cancelling my membership. She also helped me sign up for my insurance gym network that also include LA Fitness and was very patient/knowledgeable.
