This was my favorite planet fitness in the area until I repeatedly came and their machines were broken in the SPA.Came tonight and literally every machine is not working. This has been going on for a long time. Do I receive a refund since the amenities provided that I pay for are unusable? Big breach of contract to charge for services not rendered and clearly not trying to be fixed

The equipment is good. The bathroom is ALWAYS FILTHY. Look at this vomit. How low life of someone. And boo to the length it was there- before someone cleans it up!HANDICAP SHOWER still broken going on 3 months.

I like going at night 11pm-12am but there are these two really loud juice Heads always screaming and throwing weight around I understand grunting but when I’m on one side of the gym and they are in another and I can hear them yelling that’s a problem. The staff don’t say anything just stand around on there phones meanwhile these two idiots are working out like they’re trying to break the machines. One is white and wears a black tank top the other is a black guy and there always filming each other. Talk about attention seekers. They don’t shut up not going to this location anymore I’m good.

Really the most disgusting PF or gym you’ll ever go to. Avoid at all cost if you can. Water never works poop stacked and piled up on toilets, workers just lounging around I’ve never actually seen the bathroom or gym get cleaned I really think the owner should know what they’re doing to his property

Clean gyn with ample room. Staff is friendly and everything works. Machines are repaired or serviced after being down usually within a day. Tanning booths and massage chairs always clean and in working order.

I cancelled my membership because I am moving and I only had the classic membership, which is limited to one location.I spoke over the phone and they said that I had to come in or send them a certified letter with all kind of extra requirements. So, I came in and was eventually able to cancel. They said I would still be able to come in for another month since my card had just been charged the day before.Since I'm moving, I didn't need that, so I asked for a refund. The representative (Daisy) told me that she could put in a request, but couldn't promise anything, and that it would take at least seven days to know. I find that to be an issue. She had just said that they realized my card had just been charged, so I had a full month of use. So, since I won't be using that at all, why wouldn't I be able to certainly get a refund?I have already checked, and I cannot use check-in, so Daisy has already removed my access for the next month, so why is there still a question on my funds being refunded?The customer service has been questionable since I signed up in 2020, and I've had to call several times for billing issues. This is another clear example of them valuing the fee over the customer. "No pressure," but maximum fees, apparently. Why are they hesitating over refunding a fee for services that will certainly not be rendered?update: that is such a milquetoast response. shouldn't the "independent owners and operators" be handling responses to their google reviews andd not some centralized pr person? you still call them your clubs and take credit for the good, but pass off all responsibility for any negative reviews or fair criticism. this location uses your name and your app to allow or restrict people. they completelt rescinded my access(which is fine), but did not completely refund my money. this is a clear issue.

I always compare 24-7 PFs to other 24/7 PFs, and this one is good. Staff in the morning was cleaning in the women’s locker room and actually cleaning, not just pretending to wipe like other locations. Showers have hot water and good pressure, and shower heads instead of the little nozzle that just sprays you. There was a serious smell in the bathroom when I was showering and changing, so it would be nice if the employees had air freshener they could spray.Jessica’s review is just nit picky though LOL. Girl, you can’t be mad someone took a phone that should have been in a locker?? No way I’m leaving my phone outside the shower like that 💀

Good place to workout without wall to wall people. One of the few places in L.A. where you can get a good workout. However, the staff is always too busy talking amongst themselves or playing with their personal phones to acknowledge you when you stand at the front desk! And, the men’s locker room is disgusting! It smells horrible like the health department should shut it down just based on that alone. And who laid out the shower area? Putting the crappers directly across from the showers, man that’s just gross! And nowhere to put your clothes when you take a shower. Like, maybe a little bench next to each shower would be helpful? Did the person that laid this out ever use a locker room wet area? There’s no excuse for the poor layout of the wet area or the stench, and there’s no excuse for the staff that get paid to stand there and gossip or play on their phones while ignoring customers standing right in front of them. Who manages this place? Clearly, they are not doing their job!

LOVE IT! The gym is a perfect place for improving mind, body and, spirit!

This is the nastiest pf I’ve ever been to. As a frequent traveler who only has a membership because you can literally find a pf in every corner of every city this by far has been the worst. I understand it is our job to put our weights back however when the racks are empty and the staff is standing at the front talking amongst themselves that’s a problem.
