I walked in to sign up for a PYC (pick your challenge) but the two women at the front desk were selling some supplements to a man and woman but also chatting about this and that and all laughing together. I was standing behind them waiting for a few minutes until I decided to sit down and wait for them be finished. Shortly after I sat down, another man walked up and they started assisting him immediately even though I had just been standing there. Finally a woman came out of the office and asked if I needed anything. She gave me the PYC paper to fill out and then joined the other 2 workers in laughing and chatting with the two people they were selling supplements too. After I filled out my paperwork, she gave me a booklet and schedule and asked if I had any other questions. She had completely forgot to take my initial weight and take my pictures. I needed to remind her myself. I really don't feel welcomed here and I was seriously considering just signing up at another location. Unfortunately, this is the closest location to where I work.*Edit* After thinking it over I decided to cancel my challenge at this location and get a refund. The employees here seem like they have favorites and I refuse to be treated second rate especially when I'm paying money to be there. I love The Camp as an organization but not every location is the same. However, I've done challenges at Anaheim, Santa Ana and Chino Hills and have never been blatantly ignored or had an employee completely forget to weigh me in which is the most important part of a weight loss challenge to begin with. I'll be signing up for a challenge at a new location.

Went in for a try on 6/14. The place was over priced at 15 dollars including members. Overcrowded I literally kicked other guests by accident and got hit as well by accident by other guests. Suggestion, don't get money greedy by overcrowding.
