I've been a member for 6 months. It's a great workout, and the trainers really help you get out of it what you want. I've changed my physique, add definition and muscle and strength. The best part is: not having to plan what you're going to work on, or schedule a time. You show up whenever you want, and you move into the rounds. If station 1 is busy and you don't want to wait, you start on station 9, or where ever they suggest. In six months, I don't think I've done the same workout/reps twice. Each station is something new, working a different area, every day. It's very efficient! And they know me - I like feeling like I'm part of the 9 Round family.

I want to say that I am totally get addicted in 9 round. I have been here 2 months and this kind of training really make my mental stronger and more clear. I became so strong mentally and physically. The staffs are awesome super patient and nice. I highly recommend this training place.

I like going to 9round on campus because the trainers don’t act like they know it all. Instead they work with all different types of people and encourage them to get better. When trainers realize that they also started somewhere small it makes everything better. Also all the trainers at campus have smiley faces all around!! I wish them continued success as a team and at the same time help people to achieve their goals!!!
