Took a cardio kickboxing class with Tommy and had a blast. The strength portion was challenging (in a good way) and Tommy gave us a lot of tips on posture during the kickboxing rounds. The facility is nice and new, and very spacious. Would recommend!

All of the trainer Tommy, Alex and Oscar are amazing! They will push to the last second. You’ll feel your muscles with every workout. They are knowledgeable and will help with form throughout the workout.It’s an up to date gym that is impeccably clean.I love that their class schedule is open to and I’m positive easily accessible to anyone’s busy schedule.Love this gym

B Body Fitness offers a variety of resistance/weight & cardio based classes from Monday to Saturday as early as 5:30 am and as late as 6:30 pm. The focus on exercises repeats weekly - something like: legs, chest, full body, back, legs and kickboxing cardio.All of their instructors - Alex, Oscar and Tommy - are personable, attentive and engaging.If looking for guided instruction at a local private owned studio, with clean facilities (has a shower), muscle group focus and knowledgeable instructors, B Body may be a match for you!

Really like working out at B Body studio. Their instructors are all very professional and nice and patient to you even sometimes you can’t finish the move. They don’t give you too much pressure when you can’t finish the entire set of the move yet make sure you work to your best. They are making workouts fun and motivating. Especially like Barbara! Her class makes you feel so energetic and is so fun. Would love to come back for more classes

I've been attending B Body for the last ~4 months and seen great results! (ie. I can go up the stairs without being winded and feel healthier)I am far from an athlete and spent the majority of the last few years laying down, but have been able to improve my health immensely going three times a week.The coaches are knowledgeable, the gym is clean, and as someone who is both not agile and has no idea what to do in a gym, felt welcomed and not overly challenged.There's a great range of ages/ bodies that come here, and if you're anything like me and need someone telling you what to do to feel motivated to workout, I absolutely recommend it.Also, big plus, as someone who struggled with an ed before, it's been a very normal/ supportive gym, not one overly focused on dieting etc. The coaches just want to make sure your form is correct, and the screens in the gym help you remember your form / what to do if the coach is assisting someone else.My mental/ physical health has improved a ton with my short time working out here - thank you B Body!

I've been attending B Body fitness for over a month now. I was with the previous gym for two years which I liked, but with the new management there are many positive changes.There is more and different equipment and the way the classes are set up is very efficient. I'm very impressed with all of the coaches. Being 68 I have arthritis in my knee and back, and the coaches help me to modify the workout so I can prevent injury. But at the end of class I feel like I've had a very good workout. The facility is clean. So, if you're looking for a gym this one is highly recommended.
