Amazing Physical Therapy clinic in a fun and relaxed environment. The setup inside Surf Ready Fitness is perfect as you also get access to the surf training facility. Evolution physical Therapy team are the best PT you will find with a strong Knowledge of the surfing specific motion and injuries. If you are recovering from an injury or improving specific motion your surfing will definitely feel better and stronger after each sessions. The PT working there have published surf injury research papers as well as treated surf world champions!

I highly recommend this clinic. Dr. Shultz is a fantastic PT, and is especially adept at adjusting your protocol for sport-specific needs. She's knowledgeable, professional, and understands the needs of athletes. Dr. Shultz treats patients at Surf Ready Fitness, which is an ideal setting for any injured surfers out there, or ones with nagging issues that have never been treated.The administrative side of the clinic is outstanding as well; there's never been an issue with scheduling, billing or insurance. Easy 5/5.

The folks at Evolution are AMAZING at restoring and improving your body both pre and post injury. Amy has been fantastic in helping my family either improve their performance in competition or rehabbing to good health. They are the best! I would drive all the way to Culver City for appointments; now, I can go see Amy in Costa Mesa right near me!!! Thanks Amy for helping us all get better/stronger and more durable than before 😘

Amy is a fantastic, super knowledgeable PT specialist.Her attitude, professionalism and ability to connect with her patients makes going to Evolution a great experience.Personally, I was in severe pain with a condition similar to sciatica. With her PT program, I was pain free within weeks and working out again.I would certainly recommend Evolution PT, and Amy in particular, to anyone in the area.
