Melissa at the front desk is very professional & courteous. She is always smiling & very welcoming! Hopefully she checks you in! I heard she’s also in the daycare area & our neighbor parents love her! If you are planning on joining & bringing your children know that you & your family are in special, caring hands! She treats you like a VIP!

Ok. It’s an LA fitness. The usual problems you get with large corporate gyms exist here but they at least try to keep the place up at this location. For the most part the machines work, place is clean, and staff is friendly.The downside? The clientele. There doesn’t seem to be any gym etiquette here. I would say the majority of the clients here are respectful, however, there are pockets of young adults that group up and take over sections of the gym. That’s fine, but get off your phone or stop flexing at yourself in the mirror and let other people use the equipment and bathroom. The horseplay has caused me to stop working out because they almost fall into me while doing reps. The bathroom gets blown out at the end of the day with people just tossing paper towels but staff does try to stay on top of it.Overall, I have no major complaints. Kids will do kids stuff, just have to not let it bother you and continue to get your sweat on.There is plenty of parking and a janky juice bar that can’t quite figure it out yet.

Salespeople are very pushy and lack transparency when asked about pricing and rates. I asked the salesperson, an older Asian lady, multiple times about the cost of a membership, but she kept deflecting my questions until I firmly informed her I wanted to see the facilities and understand their pricing plans before I went any further.Upon touring the facilities, the gym equipment is packed too closely and is a bit old.

I've been trying for a couple of years to connect with a personal trainer at multiple locations, and I couldn't find one who would show interest in helping me. I have had trainers who would not show up, not pay attention to my needs, or quit after a few weeks. So unprofessional! Then I came here even though it's further away. Brandon is excellent, comes up with different ideas each session, and for the first time in years, I feel like I'm really making progress.The club is clean and well maintained, and the rest of the staff is friendly. Much better than some other nearby locations.

This is actually for LA Fitness in Delray Beach Fl. Beyond horrible! Multiple broken machines, missing lots of machine pins, hooks for cable machines missing, bars and ropes for triceps are missing. Too much to list. They evidently don’t give damn as the Google reviews trash this location. So this is to complain closer to their headquarters and I will copy and past this at new locations until I’ve gotten their attention. No more excuses!!!

LA Fitness store in Irvine Woodbury for arbitrarily canceling my membership. My membership was unjustly terminated. I suspect it was due to a staff member's malicious reporting and unfounded complaints against me. I personally have not received any complaint notifications or related information. If someone did lodge a complaint against me, I have a right to know. Without any investigation or evidence, they chose to cancel my membership. I believe this is wrong. I feel discriminated against because I am an Asian female with limited English skills. I think they took someone else's false accusations against me seriously and decided to cancel my membership card on their own. This feels like racial discrimination and is unfair.I have already rallied many fellow gym members to sign a petition on my behalf, attesting that I have not had any disputes or altercations with anyone during my workouts or Zumba classes. I have always had pleasant interactions with everyone. If my membership was terminated without any investigation, it's purely racial discrimination.I hope this matter will be thoroughly investigated. I demand the restoration of my membership and an apology from the person responsible for its unwarranted cancellation.

I was lied to, this disgusting place. You may have said it well when you signed up for membership, but the promised content is all lies. Do you want to change plans? impossible! Do you want to close your membership? impossible! Everything has to wait for the manager to operate, and then the manager will never be there, never reply to you, and then never make any changes. They will just deduct your money from your account again and again!

This location is decent is OK I mean sometimes it’s super super busy but if you go in the morning it’s OK I wouldn’t recommend go in the afternoon around like 4 to 8. It’s gonna be super crowded.

This LA Fitness location in Woodbury Town Center could improve in a few areas. Unlike other branches, they don't provide towels, and the showers could use a remodel. The cleanliness might be questionable due to the older appearance. It would be better to replace the shower curtains with glass doors for a fresher look and feel.

Staff is nice, but scammed me haha. I told them I am going abroad for one year and would like to purchase a one month membership. The manager said the shortest membership is two months, but I only have a month left before leaving, so the manager offered me a two month deal for $100. He said I can pause it after one month and resume eventually. He didn't tell me, of course, that during the year I am abroad I will be charged $10 each month. Now that I am abroad, they have also made it a pain to cancel my membership online. Better off using 24 hr fitness (which is cheaper) or doing calisthenics at home.
