Great place to workout. Challenges those that are advanced and the instructors help with those that need to modify. High energy. Great upbeat music. People are friendly. I always walk away feeling like I got a great workout in. They usually have sales around any holiday if you want to buy a block of classes. Try it.if you like group training classes that are challenging it won’t disappoint.

Been going for close to a month. People are friendly. All the trainers are knowledgable and help push you to your goals. I have come a long way in just a month and am greatful for finding this place. Thanks to all the wonderful trainers and staff.

Motion Fitness is my favorite HIIT Gym (High Intensity Training). Great trainers, amazing music and great community. Just have to show up and I always have a GREAT workout in a 1 hour block. Helped me get in the best shape of my life. Love it.

I’m Finally trying to get back into shape after a long over due hiatus. I used to do some heavy workouts in Long Beach, Los Angeles, Anaheim you name it. I love boot camps so I’ve been to many over the years. I must say motion is a heavy contender when it comes to boot camps. All of the trainers are super friendly but mean business. I die and come back to life with every workout. I highly recommend!

Unbelievable first impression!!! Took my first class today - Amazing. All staff greeted us by first name (hadn't met us but knew we were coming - HOW GOOD!) The Coaches were high energy, excellent communication & came over to check in multiple times. Classes member & community vibe was welcoming and really positive - If you're in OC area this IS your new training home!

Coach Sarah is an amazing instructor with a mindfulness based cool down/stretch! Her class is both engaging and super fun so you forget how tired you are ha! Overall the gym is awesome and super cute/clean. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Loved working out here! They've adjusted the space to keep social distancing and I felt highly secured. Workouts are really challenging and coaches take care of you and push you to your very best. Definitely recommend!

Love this place. Staff is amazing, instructors are great at guiding and motivating you throughout your work out. Always something new every week so you never feel like you're doing the same workout. Music is thumping and keeps you energized. Afternoon classes fill up hella fast so def book your classes in advance to make sure you get in!

The Co-Founders Ryan and Scott and Mary Beth / Trainers (Amy and others) at Motion Fitness Group are energetic and knowledgeable and passionate about working you out and making the classes entertaining and fun. The music is dope! Ryan spends lots of time mixing / creating fresh music before classes. The facility is clean and welcoming and the equipment is nice / state of the art. They will push and motivate you to level up! Fantastic, positive people. 5 stars!
