Not much variety in machines, there’s about 1 of each with everything so you’ll constantly be waiting on others. Stuff like the AC is broken at the one in Richland and almost all of them have consistently broken tanning beds or the key fob doesn’t work right for the tanning beds. There really isn’t much of anything good I could say about the gym besides there’s a lot of them… which is convenient ig, but with how often you’ll be inconvenienced by all of the above it’ll likely leave you wondering why you’re paying so more to workout there than a high quality gym like club 4 fitness.

Staff is the best thing about this place. Always smiling. However, this is the worst gym I’ve ever been to when it comes to maintenance. Not enough weights. It’s small. Tried calling several times to ask a simple question, but it goes straight to voicemail. Then voicemail is full.

I was interested in joining until I noticed blanks in the contract I had just signed. I was told all contracts were left like that. I told them I was uncomfortable with that because that allowed opportunities to fill them later with any amount they wished. I asked for a printed copy and it did not look like the one i had been emailed. I was also not notified about a none refundable trainer fee even if I canceled it within the 5 business day period alloted.

I visited the gym while in Jackson on business. The gym is in a nice location and just a short drive from my hotel in Ridgeland. The gym has a nice layout. There is a variety of equipment and I was able to complete my normal workout routine. I’ll definitely return when I’m back in Jackson.

Nice facility, good layout with the majority of equipment one might want. Staff seemed friendly. Its a bit on the small side but doesn’t seem to get crazy busy

Clean anytime. I would try another Anytime if you want to deadlift. I was told I was breaking their floor by slamming my bar down. They don't have a platform so I was deadlifting in the purple spongy floor area. They found a solution for me however. Just a heads up.

I used to love this gym. The hours are awesome. The staff has had some hiccups but used to be consistent. Now though, I'm done. I have been charged the entire time of the pandemic. That's absurd. Most people arent working right now and the gyms are closed. You literally cant provide the service that's been paid for. I have a membership to a different gym (for pool access) and they have canceled all payments until gym access is granted. The worst part is I cant end my account unless I go to the anytime fitness where I signed up.

Go anywhere else if you don't want to be hustled. Required to send a letter noticing cancellation with 30 day notice. I did so in March, but it mysteriously didn't get there. Surprised by an additional charge, I called to cancel. They told me they could cancel it, but since it's 30 day notice, I would be charged today, as well as for the next month, effectively making me have to pay for an additional 60 days.

I thought I would like this gym when I signed up. But the treadmills don't work correctly most of the time. The weigh machines hand grips are warped. It's noisy with people dropping weights. It's a pretty small gym. The fitness dude tried to sell me some nutritionist specialist for like 28 bucks a month additional. The monthly fees are way too high for what you get. I will drop my contract as so as I am able to.

Being in customer service, I hate to leave negative reviews - but after dealing with the very poor management of this location I feel I have no choice but to advise anyone considering this gym, to save yourself the headache and hassle and go somewhere, anywhere, else. If you care to know some of the details please see further info below.I was stuck in a lengthy contract from an Anytime Fitness in another state. I let the management know of my situation and he let me know there was no way out of my contract - even though his gym was significantly less desirable than what I had originally signed an agreement for.Fast forward to finally nearing the end of my 18-month agreement, enter manager Abby. I called about 6 weeks before my contract was set to expire to make sure there was no auto-renewal. Abby informed me that I had to give exactly 30 days notice in-person or it would automatically renew. No flexibility allowed whatsoever on this. After discussing with their corporate office, they convinced her to accept my notice not to auto renew. You would think that’s where it ends, but no. On my final day of membership, they charged my bank account for another months fee. I completely understand mistakes happen so I reached out to let them know of the error requesting my refund. This is when Abby again refuses to accept my membership ending stating that although my agreement very clearly states (and corporate agreed) that my membership expires on April 10 - Abby insists what it actually meant was May 10.I have yet to receive my refund, but hopefully someone from this location will decide to make this right and contact me.
