Sifu Gordon gives great instruction and encouragement in all areas of his students’ lives. He is a wonderful person but, most importantly, he holds the value and instructions of traditional martial arts in highest regards. For me that is the true representation of a great Sensei. The genuine concern for his students and instructors alike is what makes people want to learn from him. Sifu and the instructors all have ability and knowledge to share accompanied with the passion it takes.

This is a locally owned fitness club that took part of a old warehouse and turned it into a large size gym offering many different classes and a very hands on informative touch.
