I dropped in for two days while on a business trip and I must say That the people and April treated me like one of their own. Super clean place, great music and I can tell coach April loves what she does. Everyone was very encouraging and friendly. I hope it’s not the last time I’m in Jackson, MS. I definitely recommend to check this place out wether you’re looking to join CrossFit or join a new CrossFit gym or just in the area.

Best place i have ever dreaded to go everyday! Doesn’t matter if you’re just starting out or have been there for years, you become family. I’m probably the oldest one in the box but the coaches push me like they do the teenagers. At 56 I’m …
