This place is only good for a pump or a quick lunch session. Not worth the monthly rates for a commitment. The staff seems to be eager to help but is not very helpful.Two stars for having new equipment.

This is the best gym! Awesome staff, amazing facility, new exercise equipment, great selection of group classes, virtual classes to fit your schedule, and a personal trainer available. Couldn't ask for more!!

This gym has top of the line equipment and provides a positive and encouraging atmosphere. It has such s great variety of equipment and classes to fit all my needs. I wouldn’t want to exercise anywhere else.

Wonderful staff! Brand new, clean equipment and facilities. Classes are conducted with 'in-house' leaders AND virtually. This place has everything for my fitness needs. Convenient and safe parking in monitored garage - only 2 blocks from my work downtown - open for my early morning workout and shower - also the members are friendly and helpful. I wouldn't want to work out ANYWHERE else!!
