I joined this gym like 20 years ago and fell in love with the owners immediately. They became like family. Fast forward 18 years and the gym has new owners who are just as amazing. You feel like family when you walk in and that is what people are looking for. Not everyone has family and friends that encourage them. Come to this gym and you will find community and family. The classes are great and encouraging.The owners really care about you and your health. Just give them a chance you will see what a difference a caring person in your life can make.
