This box is what CrossFit is all about: Openness, friendliness, competitiveness and much more.Tried to squeeze in the open workout 23.2 during a business trip and got coaching, judging and cheering from a great community at First Coast CrossFit 🇺🇸.Thx for the super welcome, will be back if in Jacksonville again.P.S. I have been a member for quite some time, no idea why I have not posted a review sooner. This is a great gym/community! Daniel, the owner, genuinely cares about the members and goes the extra mile to make certain everybody’s needs are being taken care of. I definitely recommend.

Great facility, welcoming community, very solid workouts! First Coast is super friendly and open to all skills and ages. Nothing negative to say about the few months I worked out here. Dan is great and puts a lot of care into this place and it shows. All the coaches were knowledgeable and super fit too.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND First Coast Cross Fit to anybody even slightly considering starting CrossFit or looking for a new CrossFit gym. I decided to try out CrossFit about 4 months ago and I couldn’t be happier with my decision to start my journey at First Coast. The coaches are all incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and (most importantly) great teachers, which makes it the perfect gym to be introduced to the sport.Great people and overall community makes working out at First Coast a highlight of my day. Super super happy here and would most definitely recommend First Coast to anybody, no matter the level of fitness.
