I didn’t realize how much I needed this for my soul. Since the pandemic, I have not done a single thing to promote a healthy lifestyle, no exercise, no sleep, and not eating right. Losing my mom recently woke me up to what my future would be if I didn’t make some necessary lifestyle changes so I joined iCM. Yesterday was my first time and I did 2 classes, which I thought I would regret but was pleasantly surprised that I survived even after being inactive for 3 years. Don’t get me wrong, it whooped my tail. BUT, I found that after 2 sessions, one was Zumba and the other Xtreme Hip Hop, I felt alive again. Every single staff member I have met so far feel more like life coaches than fitness instructors. They made sure I felt comfortable exercising at my own pace and was not required to be perfect, just as long as I was moving. Even though I left exhausted, I also left wanting more and excited for what was next on my journey of choosing me!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE ICM Fitness Studio LLC! The Instructors are constantly increasing the effectiveness of classes and has a variety of classes to choose from, which keeps me coming back for more. It's a beautiful, intimate, and welcoming boutique. The Instructors greet members and/or visitors immediately upon entrance and personally welcome them in. This Fitness Center is thE ONE!!! I'd recommend this fitness center to everyone!

~I love our 1 on 1 sessions. She takes her time and teaches the steps. She also keeps me motivated and challenges me to keep pushing towards my goal. And she starts on time. I would highly recommend her to everyone! #Jamie R.O.C.K.S.
