Very cliquey. Like if I am not one of them, then it doesn't matter. Some coaches are so clique.. if you dont take their classes, they typically dont talk to you.

It’s pretty cool watching a class full of people row together with the music bumping and the lights going in and out. It’s a different kind of energy. When they say it’s a full body workout, it truly is. Take advantage of the free class offer. I would suggest doing some stretches beforehand and bring water! The only thing I would suggest different is having a class specifically for first timers. My first time was rough being thrown in with the pros.

Working out has always felt like a chore to me, or much less not enjoyable. I know that it’s needed to maintain good health and that it’s beneficial to reduce stress, but I could never stay consistent. I was apprehensive about joining Row House, but to my surprise I have fallen in love with it being apart of my weekly routine. From the music, to the coaches, to the atmosphere, and the community; Row House makes it easy to want to work out. I’m by no means where I need to be physically but I can say rowing at Row House has put me in the right direction. They have a number of memberships to suit your busy work schedule, so it made the decision to keep attending that much easier. If you’re as apprehensive as I was, give them a call and try a class. You won’t know until you give it a shot.

I had a great workout and got to do something completely different from my normal workout routine. The atmosphere (dim lighting) was a very nice added bonus. I will be back for more.

There are no words to describe how grateful I am for the entire staff. I have been struggling between injuries and self-confidence, and they are always there to help me get better at rowing. They teach me ways to modify when I need it and always take the time to help me improve my form.
