I have been taking my child for 6 yrs now. Its a good place to take your child. They are friendly and helpful. They offer plenty of things to make it fun for the child. Theres summer camp, family night out! And after school program. What i enjoy the most is how much the kids form this bond. .it become like a tight unit.In addition a safe environment for all.

Though it's only been 4 months since joining, Family Fitness has been an integral part of our child's life. The after school program is perfect for our 6-year-old as he gets picked up from school, gets homework help, and MMA classes for a single fee. The teachers are awesome -- firm, but sincere in providing the best care for the students. We can't wait to see his continued growth as we grow with Family Fitness.

We started more then six months ago and it was for my son to help him focus. During the time we also put our daughter into the program. They are doing great and they love karate. Master Vinh and the rest of his staff are very nice. Always greeting when you arrive. My children learn so much from the program also, they do different events with the children and their families which is amazing. Overall the program is great and I recommended any body to come and join.
