Nice Place, clean, and new..... I finally got to build some muscles. Got alot help from the training center... I am glad to find this place.... this place is a bomb!!!!!!!!

Super clean. During the day it’s nice and empty. Plenty of options in terms of machines and workout types. Also the owner is v handsome.

The men’s shower area does not have rubber floor mats for when you step in and out of a wet shower… As the photos will show I took a spell and split my elbow open… Went to the lady at the front desk and she says well that’s pretty bad I’ll let the manager know. As an insurance adjuster it seems to me other precautionary measures could’ve been taken by the owner to avert This kind of injury.

As my first gym subscription I wouldn't have chosen any other place to work out. From the accessible 24 hours to the convenient location from my home. By far the best gym I've ever been to.

I like that this gym is small, quiet, and you can do your own thing without people judging. It is also open 24/7 which is a plus. Not the greatest gym but gets the job done. The best part is its only 3 minutes away from my house!

Despite having to cancel my membership Michele was still very professional and willing to help assist me through the cancellation process.Even after everything was said and done, she still followed up with me to make sure that I had received a conformation email!! She was very helpful and a pleasure to talk to.
