Training with Anthony was absolutely amazing!!! From the daily training to also helping me regiment, my eating habits, Anthony was always available for information and also encouragement and motivation for me to reach my goals. The built fitness workout center felt like home away from home. If you are looking for real results real support from someone with a true love for fitness and helping tone, the body built fitness is where it’s at.

BILT Fitness is such a great place. I made a decision back in March 2021 to get a personal trainer; I was stuck at a certain weight and couldn’t get passed to lose more and made mentally think I couldn’t do it and resulted in me having no motivation to help myself. I needed to someone to guide me, and I entered BILT. I’m thankful for my personal trainer Shane as he absolutely listened to my goals and has been helping me and motivating me nonstop. Sometimes when I’m not in my headspace or in a bad mood, he can tell and still tries to push me and encourage me. I’m thankful for Anthony as well for allowing me at BILT and encouraging me to sign up, when I had questions and doubts. BILT is such a great friendly and motivating gym, and I’m thankful to be a part of it. I feel great about myself, and have seen results and able to lift heavier weight than my initial start. But I still need to stick to the diet lol (food is just too good!). I honestly wouldn’t trade it for anything else. Thank you BILT!

I've been training with Shane since October and it has truly changed my day to day life by getting back into weight lifting! My goals were truly listened to from my initial consultation and Shane continues to push me and motivate me to do things that I think I can't!

If you want results, highly recommend!! Get help with nutrition, be held accountable, great support and workouts customized to your abilities. Strength training is the way to go!
