This is a true muscle heads gym. Been coming here on and off since 5-star fitness took over about decade ago. It is a gym filled with actual weightlifters that do not mind if you ask for tips/pointers if you need it. Thankfully there isn’t a lot of the “influencer” crowd so no need to worry about people taking too long at a station. I’ve tested going to other gyms but there’s no place like body tech.

This is a very good gym to get your necessary workouts done. They have a big selection of workout equipment and a lot of cardio machines as well. Gym is pretty clean and the staff is friendly. Only reason why I didn't post 5 stars is a personal reason of mine and that is I feel like sometimes the equipment is too crammed in together leaving a little bit of space between machines/workout equipment. I have not been here when it's peak customer hours, only go very early in the morning when there's hardly any people. You will definitely get a great workout done here.Update: 6/02/22Really loving the gym atmosphere, staff is really friendly, location is kept pretty clean. Very reasonable membership. My favorite gym to come to so far.

Some of the equipment is older but they have multiples of every piece of equipment. Lots of options, great people, and you can get to the equipment to use it. Not too crowded.

They will find a way to squeeze money out of you somehow. They’re afraid to raise their rates so they invented yearly charges and charged me $90 when my wife and I cancelled our membership after 5 years. I would avoid it.

The gym is of an older style but very well equipped and reasonably priced. I travel for work and do bodybuilding as a hobby. The range of equipment is good. I only with they had more mid grip bars and better rope cable attachments.

Love this gym. it’s never crowded and the vibe is great. Everyone is very friendly and you can tell it’s a gym where experienced people go. it’s not your typical planet fitness where anyone and everyone goes to. Body tech is more higher up in expertise. it’s clean and all the machines are in great condition and it’s nice and big. lots of space.

The staff is great here! People complain about the equipment but it’s old school. You won’t find these machines at other gyms. They also have a new updated area as well which is nice. I love this gym just sometimes there are groups that command the whole space and it’s like they own the place. Get here early to avoid the doosh bags and it’s easily the best gym in the area. The atmosphere is amazing!

Staff is nice, track is nice to have instead of walking on a treadmill. Lots of machines that target the whole body. Row machines,classes, and the room in the middle is very nice with the padded floor to throw weights around. Overall a very nice old school gym, which feels more inviting than a commercial gym.
