Eric at the front desk is a really good guy and full of information! I do like the facility. My only criticism would be… turning the ceiling fans down a little bit would be amazing. They are on FULL BLAST 😆 seriously though. That would be great. …

Friendly environment, good staff and pretty tasty creatine. If you ever messed up your back, go to the hydromassage and you’ll be a new man. Also if you’re a newbie Aidan K and Isaac W will get you from barely lifting the bar to 225 in a reasonable timeframe💪 10/10 …

Been a member for 5+ yrs. Great gym with a friendly staff & that’s always looking for ways to upgrade their space. I wish it was bigger though. Between 4-6 pm, it’s almost not worth going with how crowded it gets. Maybe they can use the offices next door for classes?

Amazing staff! Equipment is always well-maintained and clean. Aidan, Jessica, Joe, Ryan, Kelly, and the rest of the crew are super friendly. This is a gym for anyone of any fitness level. Try the FitWave classes if you're looking for an extra push & challenge!
