If I could give this establishment zero stars I would. This the most unprofessional establishments. Today at a children's basketball games I witnessed one the referees arguing with a parent and threatening to fight the parent. The male ref had to be held down by another co-worker from beating one of the mothers the team members.The director of the program seem to have no problem with the ref and he was allowed continue to work the rest of the game. This did not feel like a safe environment for myself or any child. The staff is clearly unqualified to be around children. Avoid at all cost.

Was at the front desk counter waiting for someone to greet me and noticed over the counter the floor was so disgusting and looked like it wasn’t been cleaned in months. If this is how they take care and clean for their staff can only image how the rest of the facility is clean and kept up with sanitizing and the pool chemicals. I did leave to transfer to a different YMCA. It truly was disgusting with dirt as you can see in the photos beware of this place

The staff there isn’t the most friendliest whenever I go there. Other than that, everyone is in their own world. It’s quite unorganized whenever there’s basketball games going on in the early mornings on Saturdays which to me is very unprofessional whoever is checking them in at the front desk. I’d prefer going to the Morris or the Plainfield Y if I were you because they are night and day to the Joliet one let me tell ya.

Very dirty and the older guy and lady aren’t really friendly. Hire some outgoing people like Maria who always smiles!

I have a membership for me and my children this is my second year having one I just renewed about a month ago I have been going to the one on holdout rd joliet I have never had any issues before this I went on day last week got nothing but attitude and disrespect from the workers

Early morning swim and morning gym. Clean quiet and few people either area. Can do workout before work on ease. Pleasant staff and conditions. Grateful for the opportunity!

Went to a birthday party and had the worst experience ever with the staff. The life guards were rude and the party helpers were busy in deep personal conversation to even care about actually helping.

Love this place. The kids classes have made a great difference in my kids health and fitness. Great staff and caring coaches.

Very helpful & friendly staff. They offer all types of sports & activities for my kids to join. My kids enjoy it here and so do i. Thanks YMCA

Absolutely love the placeIt's kept clean the people are nice the staff is amazingThe place just feels great to be inIt is a little loud sometimes but it doesn't matter it's loud because people are having fun
