Hello, I was new to meditating and any technique to provide sense of well-ness. I am 24 currently, But when i was 18. I had some delusional thoughts, paranoia, and a sense of being lost. I have never been to a temple, but I will not forget the 1st time I have come. I called one of the monks over the telephone, I explained some of my beliefs and if he can help. After closing hours. I meet the monk up there, i forget his name, and he was ridiing a bike, in a bronze robe. I thought it was a great scene. He waves, I am sitting at the front door, I wave. He finally reaches me, and goes, "hey, I thought you were my friend.?" I go, "Possibly (hinting at a past life.) He takes special time out of his day to teach me a few breathing and kriya yoga exercises. He was the first of the start of my Transformation of who I am today 6 years later. He greeted me, brought me inside, Treated me just like a long life friend!! we sat in his room near a computer ,and i explained all the problems I had going in my life, as if he was a counselor. He told me something I remember today. "once you get the breathing down Bryan, the thoughts will ease." He tought me some mindfull breathing techniques, and It branched me into learning many many more meditations. This review isnt for the whole temple, But the monk who has took time out of his day to listen, and teach me. I will always respect that. I do talk alot about the temple of harmony to people, as the're nice monks and individuals who teach and meditate there. Within the main room, The good vibes, and sense of peace and tranquility. Is nothing I have felt before. So if that monk is reading this review who rode his bike, and waved at me. Greating me, who thought i was a friend, i was really a stranger, about over the phone. I Appreciate greatly all the advice this guy has gave me. And through simple breathing techniques, I will always cherish that memory. I do not practice here. But I am leaving this review to tell everyone that googles this temple, The members and teachers are very kind, genuine, listining, and caring. I will never forget "my friend" haha. Love you guys. And i hope things are going well.--- love, Bryan
