I love this place so clean so good!

The counter help here is inattentive and has a snotty attitude. The whole place wreaks like cat pee (the place was abandoned for a while before they moved in… perhaps animals were in here?) They say it is due to new construction. I was billed for an annual fee two weeks ago & this month’s membership days ago, and I was told, “They are non-refundable even if the place smells like urine.” I paid $66 this month for absolutely nothing but attitude. I couldn’t cancel fast enough, though. I came in thinking I would be talked into a cheaper membership, and it was an option… she didn’t even mention it… she acted like she couldn’t get rid of me fast enough. I guess good help is hard to find. So disappointed.

This planet fitness is the best one in the area. Very clean, friendly and helpful staff, and keeps me coming back more and more. Can’t wait to upgrade my black card. Unfortunately their system was down a couple of days but I will be back!P

Thankful for the bathrooms we can actually see in now lol but I hate the fact that the music is loud and gets you pumped one day then the next day my ears are struggling to hear it. Please pick a volume we can hear in the whole gym. Turn it off if it’s going to be so low…. Sad face

Good place to work out, a brand new location, the staff working there are very friendly and knowledgeable, especially the manager working there Alaina, she's the best! All positive attitude and very helpful. Thank you

The new planet fitness at 3128 Voyager Ln is awesome. The gym has plenty of space, equipment and the move was worth it. The gym is super clean and the people are very friendly. Also the worker Amanda has a good personality very up beat and friendly. I tell people it's not the gym you go to that will give you results. No it's the daily hardwork you put in. I recommend this location for people to come and sign up for a tour. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It's a very nice facility but the first day I went one of the staff was pretty rude. It was only then and I have gone multiple times since then and it is pretty great!

This gym has really done a good job of reinventing itself. Last time I used this location was @ 3 years ago and it was run down. Now it's very clean and equipment is well maintained. Looking forward to the new location inside the old Toys R Us as well.

Very convenient location to my work. I usually work out after work. Only wish that every day& every location was 24 hours. Only thing I miss at Plainfield Rd Location is the PF classes. They haven't been back since the pandemic began. That is why me and Janette went there. Also wish we could get Eric back there running the classes. He was always excellent and friendly. Location in Yorkville Illinois where my friend lives their location is closed by 7pm friday-sunday.

they definitely keep this place clean! this planet fitness is one of the bigger ones ive been to, you should have no trouble finding a machine unless on maybe a monday at their busiest, but doubtful. their black card area is definitely one of the better ones with a great layout, dimmed lighting, and newer hydro beds and massage chairs (i didnt check out the tanning area). friendly staff and decent location; worth a go if youre in the area!
