In preparation for my season I was recommended a great fitness training regime from Ben and I was able to shave 40 seconds off my mile time within a 2 weeks of training absolutely amazed

Great gym! Owner worked w me to do a few week drop in visit. Easy to get in. Clean and plenty of equipment (plenty of squat room when there isn’t a class). Wonderful addition to the community.

I’m doing a fitness challenge at Tower SF and it’s been incredible! Ben and Austin are amazing and very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this gym.

What an amazing new gym! They have a little bit of everything. It is exceptionally clean and the locker rooms are very nice / remodeled. It's 24 hour access too.They employees are wonderful as well.It is also now a part of the BCBS gym network.
