It's easy to stay motivated at this gym, the instructors are high energy, the workouts are fast paced, no class is ever the same. The classes are a full body workout plus cardio in a quick 50 minutes. In the past 4 months I went from never going to the gym, to working out at Treadfit 3 to 4 times a week. I work a desk job so it's important for me to keep a regular fitness routine. Treadfit has helped me remain active, build strength and burn calories. My husband enjoys the workouts at Treadfit too, he recently purchased a package and has been loving the strength classes!

50 minutes went by fast and was a well planned/thought out workout! Music was perfect too. When playing current and throwbacks that make me forget I’m workout, I’m 100% in.

Great workouts and small class sizes. From the upbeat music to the options to modify, the instructors pay attention to detail and are great at motivating. Mixing treadmill work with weight training makes the class go by fast and no workout is the same so you won’t get bored!

I’ve completed 5 classes so far and I absolutely love this place ! I’m seeing results after only 5 classes ! The instructors are AMAZING and make sure you get the most out of your 50 minute workouts ! The atmosphere and music are always on point too! Being a mom of 2 little ones, I look forward to my one hour to better my mind and body ! I’m so glad I saw this one day as I was scrolling Facebook! It’s absolutely worth the money and one hour of your day !

This place is probably the best place to go if u want to get pushed to your absolute best and see results fast. The 7 day free trail is available to test out multiple classes unlike other gyms and after day 1 I already knew I wanted to buy a membership. The atmosphere is absolutely amazing and Lauren is the best instructor there is and holds u accountable.

I have never been able to stick to a workout routine before until I found Treadfit. The classes are always different so you never get bored of what you are doing and the instructors are amazing. They all push you to be your best while ensuring you are comfortable with you’re doing. I’m so thankful I found Treadfit!

I started with the 7 day free trail, then I bought a 10 class pass pack. I LOVE the fact that you get cardio and weights in the same class. They do there class in blocks..so you aren't doing all the running at once. The instructors are very helpful and encouraging. They are there to push you but understand that everybody is at a different level and you know your body best!!

I love this place. The trainers are motivating and keep you pushing yourself to your limits. The Treadfit classes are hard but have an awesome calorie burn. The strength classes are awesome too. I’m so glad I found this gem!
