A little busy. Music sucks like most gyms. Music shouldn't be sad songs

This place is wonderful for senior citizens because they take the time to show you how to use all the equipment ..

Too busy after 3, every piece of equipment is used the moment of walking in. Signed up, after I have had it for 6 months. Used 13 times and half of them I walked out after signing in because too many people, not enough equipment.

Cant even express how wonderful the whole staff is at this location. Especially the general manager. If you belong to any other gym, stop wasting your money and go join this gym that's going to put the rest out of business!

VASA Fitness is a total joke! I signed up for a three day free trial and cancelled within the three days because the gym was just way too overcrowded for my likings. Whyyyyyyy 3 months later are they charging me $150 saying I never cancelled my plan and that if I want to cancel it I have to pay a pst due balance of $100. HOW DO I HAVE A PAST DUE BALANCE OF $100 yet you just took $150 TODAY! And did y’all now they charge $25 EVERY time your payment doesn’t go through! The manager Jesus I spoke with was an even bigger joke and useless.

Pretty decent gym; clean with a good selection of equipment and relatively friendly staff. The big issue I have is the lack of certain machines, specifically leg machines. When it’s busy hours, having only a handful of leg machines is terrible then having to wait 5-10 min for each person. They clearly have the floor space to put in more machines.

Amazing people amazing equipment only been going for a week but i can say if you are switching from a different gym to try something new its definitely worth your time they provide a sauna, steam room, hot tub, and pool. Along with a free weight area a entire section specifically for deadlifts and squats. I would 100% recommend this gym

Eddy is an exceptional personal trainer who has transformed my fitness journey. His expertise in strength training has yielded real, impressive results. I especially appreciate his use of the TrainHeroic app, which has made tracking progress and staying motivated a breeze. Highly recommend Eddy for anyone serious about achieving their fitness goals!

It's... Fine. Plenty of equipment, fairly clean, and most things work alright; overall just a pretty average gym in most regards. The main problem is: it busy, really busy. Even outside the peak hours, I pull up seeing the parking lot packed all the way out to Starbucks. It can already take some strength getting the motivation to work out, especially after a long day of work, but on top of that, I need to build up the strength to endure the crucible that is this place on a weekday evening. But, as I said, it's fine overall; I just can't really say that I'm happy coming here.
