Both an incredible jiu-jitsu school and an excellent community. The level of instruction here is unparalleled. Casey is not only a coach who can communicate effectively and answer any question, but also has trained up several high quality coaches under him, which is a rare combination. Everyone is always so welcoming--it's hard to find a group of people this genuinely committed to helping each other succeed. Women here are treated with kindness and respect. This is the best gym! The people are great! The coaches absolutely knows their stuff. I believe it beats any Jui jitsu gyms in Jonesboro and Paragould. I love how they even teach kids and being able to defend themselves. It gives them so much confidence!

Best gym I’ve ever trained at. Casey is an amazing coach with a deep knowledge of jiu jitsu and the drive to keep continually learning how to improve his students.The people here are extraordinarily nice, and very well trained. Easy to tell by Casey’s students that he is a great coach.

Loved the atmosphere! Professor Casey was super friendly, and all the students were just as friendly! If you want to learn BJJ and are in the Jonesboro area; this is the academy for you.

I stopped by Cerberus BJJ while I was staying in town from Louisiana. These guys welcomed me with open arms. Not only are they very nice, these dudes are tough!! Their white belts are on the same level as a lot of blue belts from my home gym.Casey was also an amazing instructor and out of any gym I’ve ever visited, this was my favorite. If you’re thinking about training here you’ll be getting some top tier Jiu-Jitsu instruction.
