I got kicked out of the sauna because the staff was ready to clock out. The equipment is dirty also.

Just not a good environment. I go and work out to be less stressed but every time I come into this gym I feel unwelcome. I feel like I’m judged on how I look and that’s why I’m leaving this post today. I’ve been going to this gym for years so it saddens me that it’s changed from what it used to be. I will be only going to Paragould from now on

Been going here about six months! Great gym! Not a single out of order sign in the place and I think I have had to wait once or twice for a bench or squat rack. Friendly staff, very clean, and the 24 hour access is fantastic! Highly recommend!

I tried this gym out because it’s near me. I was given a tour and eagerly signed up. The charges weren’t clear and I was charged $19 for monthly due, $29 enrollment, and $5 for key on the first day. Then I was told I would be charged $45 for a lock in rate 45 days later. I was confused with that lock in rate and enrollment fee. I emailed them to cancel my membership but they only canceled the future dues. For one day, I was charged $57. Please make sure you explain the fees. I think that the gym is small, and overcrowded but has good equipment - I don’t think they should be charging as much as they do.

I've been a member of this gym for about 6 months now and I have zero complaints. It is easily accessible anytime of the day and they have a wide range of equipment for your workout needs. They even have additional equipment that is available such as the hydro massagers and others that allow you to track your fitness and weight patterns.The staff was very friendly when I initially visited the location and gave me a full tour of the facility and introduced to staff that was on duty at the time. The equipment is always clean and it isn't too crowded when I visit but I tend to go early in the morning. I'm hoping that they expand into the adjacent building eventually but it has everything you need to get a good workout in.
