I absolutely love my 9Round workouts. The gym is clean and organized, the staff is friendly, helpful, and supportive, and the workouts kick my butt (in a good way!) Bring able to squeeze a 30-minute workout into my day is perfect and I leave feeling sweaty and strong!

No flexibility. It's a set workout. Pretty much take it or leave it attitude. Dude was yelling (in my ear) at other people while I was on the phone with him and didn't seem too interested in talking to me.

Love that there are no class times and that every workout is 30 minutes. A great workout- plus appreciate the personal trainers.
