Took free intro to Pilates class and decided to give it a go. Instructor was helpful and fun! 1/13/2022 due to my schedule changing, I've had to stop Pilates for a while. I enjoyed the challenges my classes offered and I definitely saw progress in my abilities. The staff and ownership are wonderful encouragers and leaders. I will resume when I can get my schedule reorganized. I am 74 and volunteer and serve on several committees and councils. YOU CAN DO THIS TOO!

I started Club Pilates to get leaner, stronger, and improve my posture. Then the pandemic happened. I quit going. I gained 15 pounds! I felt miserable in my body. My clothes didn’t fit.So I returned, but with a new goal: lose the COVID 15. And here’s the best part! I did! In TWO MONTHS! Going three times a week. AND I feel leaner, taller, and stronger. I’m back at my goal weight. ❤️But here’s the even better part: people of all sizes, ages, and capabilities come here. I know their names. There are men and women. Those with severe injuries and traditional athletes. You just fit in. No matter what.I’ve never got that in a gym! And my posture? Never better!

The teachers and class are good. The management of the studio is the issue. I have been trying to cancel my membership for over a month. I finally ended up filing a complaint against them through my credit card. Beware!

I had never taken a Pilates class before, but now I have completed almost 30 classes, and feel myself getting stronger and more flexible all of the time!! The instructors are amazing and are great at helping you with your every move until you have it down. My only regret is that I didn’t start out sooner!!! My back and hips don’t hurt nearly as much, and I’m finding my core for the first time in adulthood!

I started Club Pilates at the Liberty location January 2021 after my total knee replacement October 2020 and have not stopped!! I am not a fan of exercising, but 💯 love my Pilates workout! I took the intro class and was hooked. I have become so much stronger everywhere, mentally and physically. The amazing instructors are right there with you coaching you and also help adjust your workout if needed. I thoroughly enjoy my 1 hour of a full body workout and also visiting before and after class with friends I’ve made.Trust me ladies and gents this would be a great gift to yourself!! ☺️

I absolutely love this studio, the instructors /staff, the WORKOUT & The RESULTS! I have Always been active and worked out at traditional gyms, but Pilates is something I can’t wait to do almost daily! I feel stronger, leaner/toned and balanced! I love that All ages and fitness levels can do this!
