This gym is different then the rest of the gyms I’ve tried going to to get in shape. They have a strong fit family that is caring, motivating and understanding of all goals, fitness levels, and even personal lives. What I love most about core strong is the fit fam that I have there, we’ll hang out outside of the gym and actually build friendships. It really feels like a second home and it makes living a healthy lifestyle and being in shape that much easier! I highly recommend at least trying CoreStrong Fitness at least once!

Mark is thorough and encouraging at each class. I was a bit intimidated to try TRX but he makes everyone at all skill levels feel welcome.

Before My first class, I was a little intimidated because I wasn’t Sure what to expect and hadn’t ever used TRX bands. I can honestly say it was such a fun experience. The circuits were a little hard to follow at first but other people in the class Are more than willing to help you even if your too shy to ask. They will notice you struggling and stop their circuit to assist you. The class instructor is also walking around to assist anyone having trouble or needing some extra guidance. All in all, I felt A strong sense of community from day one. I highly Recommend trying it out because now I’m addicted!

This gym is fantastic!! Extremely welcoming staff and environment. I had others in the class approach me and help me through the different exercises. I'd never done TRX before and thought it was a great total body workout. I would highly recommend this gym for anyone looking for a welcoming, family-like feel.

Really fun way to switch up a stale workout routine. Loved Mark & Jeremy - Really equipped to give you a GREAT workout! If you haven't tried TRX yet, I'd highly reccomend it, definitely my new favorite way to get my sweat on :)) With the circuit style, it moves fast!

Core Strong is the perfect place to get hard, but fun sweat filled workout. I feel comfortable in the huge open air gym space which is nice right now. The coaches are knowledge and offer good variety and encouragement. I highly recommend.
