I stopped by because it sounded similar to my studio but has more and better times. They told me that my home studio learned the philosophy and technique from them and man did it show. I went in thinking since I've been doing sculpt almost daily for five months that this would be a breeze. However I literally could not stand for mountain pose in the end and for the first time in my life it hurt to do Savasana. And this was only a Core 2 class. I cannot wait to try their sculpt. Addendum: I now do the sculpt classes regularly and consistently they have the best, hardest teachers in the city. One instructor just corrected a long standing pose I was doing wrong getting in a hurry during sculpt class. My upward facing dog has never been better. Thank you. It's nice to not only be pushed but get great feedback on form as well.

I love the warm welcoming environment by the staff. I feel like I am part of a family. I love the classes, the heat in the rooms, and the challenges each class gives me. The classes also allow me to have "me" time and reconnect with myself.

CorePower is an amazing studio with the friendliest staff. I had no yoga experience when I first went in and I never felt intimidated by the teachers or other students. I can't not say enough about how great this place is for both beginners and experienced yogi's!

I've stepped in yoga classes all over the city and Core Power Yoga on the plaza consistently has great instructors lead great classes. Everyone is concerned with their own experience so I didn't feel self-conscious being curvier. A great yoga home [if you can handle the heat!]

Put simply: this place changed my life. I have loved yoga since I first tried a vinyasa flow class in 2011. But this studio gave me so many options for classes, times, and instructors, I had no excuse to not go to a class. I started with C1 and gradually moved to more advanced classes. I discovered Sculpt and it (along with diet) helped me lose 30 pounds and keep it off. I'm at over 200 classes as a black tag member and I have never regretted the membership fees. WORTH IT.
