I love this place! I attended a few classes before I ended up in physical therapy for some unrelated hip issues and unfortunately have been advised to avoid the bike for now, but once I am cleared to ride again, I’ll be back. The instructors and members are so welcoming and make you feel like you’ve been a part of the community for years, even if you’re a newbie. I love how they lower the lights during the ride so you can really get into your zone and its such a laid back vibe and not intimidating at all. I would highly recommend checking them out!

The world needs more people like Anna. I was blessed to do a special event class with her in the community. I do not do cardio, and yet she was so encouraging, positive, authentic, and welcoming. It was a challenging workout and I loved it anyway. :) Anna makes sacred space for people to heal and become stronger and I highly recommend anyone give her classes a try, even if it's out of their comfort zone.

Cycle of Heart is one of kind! The spin studio and the classes and coaches are fantastic. The boutique offers a great variety of clothing styles and gifts for all. I love how their inventory changes frequently and there is always something new to check out. The atmosphere is welcoming and inviting.

Cycle of Heart has been a community I never knew I needed. Anna the owner is welcoming, every class is different, the coaches are supportive and fun. I recommend everyone try it once and you will be hooked!

This is by far the best group exercise experience I have had. If you're looking for a challenging workout in a group setting, but desire encouragement from your fellow classmates, this is your place! And you are support a small business. Cycle of Heart encourages participants during class, but also challenges us to live a better life outside of the studio.

Just the best place to get your mind and body right! No mirrors, no metrics, just love and support from the community and instructors. I look forward to each and every workout here, it's motivating and uplifting and an all around phenomenal workout! Love my Cycle of Heart crew! ❤️

This place is absolutely amazing! The spin studio is such a phenomenal atmosphere! Everyone is so welcoming and encouraging! The clothing boutique is TOP NOTCH! It is my favorite boutique I’ve ever been to! I always find someone I like when I walk through those doors! Anna does a great job at providing a wide variety of styles and prices. Allowing there to be something for everyone! My absolute favorite dress I own is from Cycle of Heart Boutique! Do yourself a favor and go shop!!

Cycle of Heart is a truly amazing place! I had never tried spin classes before but wow, I am so glad I did! Anna is so welcoming and all of the coaches are incredibly supportive, upbeat, and FUN! You aren’t just joining a spin class, you are joining a wonderful community! I am so thankful for the relationships that have been built since I started spinning just a few short months ago.

I absolutely LOVE this studio!!! Until I started at Cycle of Heart, I had never been to a spin class. Anna (the owner) and her whole team make you feel so welcome and get you all set up and comfortable for your first ride. Their space is CLEAN, intimate, and very comfortable. Cycle of Heart is more than just a spin studio, it is a community!!! You will get an amazing workout, but also leave inspired and proud of your body!!So many options for classes and class passes as well. This is great for me because my schedule can be pretty all over the place.If you are looking for a great workout with awesome people that accept EVERYBODY, then you have to visit Cycle of Heart !!
