Came into Genesis for a tour, and Michael was very helpful and informative. Gym was very clean and had all of the things my lady and I were looking for. Great experience and easy process to join!

Decent place but they’re begging for 5 star reviews. Instead of this. Why don’t you focus on making it a 5 star gym. Start by cleaning your stuff. A lot of the equipment showed wear and dust and dirt in the cracks. There’s also no cloth towels available. Bring your own. I didn’t work with a trainer but I could see that they did know their stuff. Kids running the front desk. Put your phones down and put in the work it takes for a 5 star review instead of saying if you’ll leave a five star review I’ll give you this deal. Guess what you’ll still get the deal anyway. Management clearly not present. So meh 2 stars. When I come back I better be impressed if you want a true 5 star.
