I couldn't say better things about Hotworx! I'm seeing such positive results just a few weeks in. The 24/7 hours are great for peace and quiet and it's wonderful when the staff is working as well! Jen's encouraging team makes you feel very welcomed!

As a future solider in the US Army Reserves, I love coming to HOTWORX to prepare and train for basic training. The staff, especially Jenny, is wonderful in helping with equipment, questions, scheduling and making sure the facility stay clean and run smoothly. It is super easy to get in there and try a class for free, check it out!

10/27/20 update: I've been going for 2 months now. I still think these are great workouts. I do have two items that have changed my rating from 5 to 3 Stars.1. I wish they would limit the bike classes to 2 saunas instead of 4 because those classes are never booked. Its frustrating to show up & find 3 bike classes completely open, yet I have to wake up at 5:30am to secure the class for the time. I think members would be much happier with more options for the classes that are ALWAYS booked and hard to get (I've still never done Pilates as its always booked other really popular classes are Core, Buns, and Bands).2. We book appointments through an app, while its easy, its not the simplest way to see what classes are available at specific times. You must click through the 10 different classes, to see what is available at a certain time. (example: say I want to see what is available at 6pm, I would have to click through all 10 classes. Instead there should be a summary page that shows open classes with times.)First review: I love that they are open 24/7 so I can come workout on MY time. Classes are super easy to book on the app.

Jennifer the owner and her staff are excellent. They always are upbeat and positive. They just add to the excellent work out you get by doing isometric and HIIT workouts in 125 degree saunas. Facility is very well maintained with all kinds of COVID-19 safety measure in place.

Great place to workout. The hot sauna workouts help getting back in shape so much easier. The muscles are sore but not as much. The best gym to join and start on a workout routine. The staff is very helpful, friendly and in a roundabout way, make you accountable to come work out.

I’m addicted to the sweat! I love the variety of workouts they have. I definitely appreciate the fact that they’re open all the time and I’m able to make them at anytime of the day. Also, it’s definitely a clean facility. Everybody cleans up and disinfects their sauna after every use. I would highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a way to mix up your fitness routine.

I love this gym and the staff. I have gotten my motivation back and am finding the workouts to be challenging. My muscles don’t ache as badly as when I was training before because of the heat, the stretching and the foam rollers used post workout, but yet I am getting stronger and seeing results.😊👏The hiit cardio is insane and I love burning the calories in a shorter amount of time, I love it and usually do two of them in a row!Did I say the staff was great??? Well they really are!!! They keep the sauna rooms clean and I feel totally safe in there too.Thank you for keeping me motivated...❤️
