I have never done any Yoga and the incredibly friendly staff made me feel welcomed and comfortable. The instructor did so much more than breathing and stretching - Lauren created an almost meditative environment with calming, clear direction. What a great experience from beginning to end! Love this yoga studio! Malcom and Jasmine (and all the instructors!) are absolutely amazing. Power Life Yoga motivates me all week!
