What can I say, Sirish is amazing!! He's so knowledgeable and really takes the time to understand your personal goals, strengths and weaknesses. As a former college athlete, he's gotten me (close) to back into playing day shape! Whether you're just starting out or looking to take things to the next level, I definitely recommend Raising the Bar.

I had a great experience working with Sirish over the years. His adaptable training style allowed me to prepare before, during, and after soccer season. His training techniques helped me build strength and remain free of injuries. I would recommend Sirish to anyone, regardless of their fitness level/goals.

Bottom line: Sirish and his training program are two of the best things I discovered in Kansas City. He is professional, intelligent, and ultimately effective. I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking professional training.I am a soldier with over a decade of service and I met Sirish after recovering from an injury. I came to him with three goals: 1) re-prepare for the ACFT, 2) improve my overall fitness, and 3) help me get built like Captain America. While #3 is still a work I progress, Sirish blew the first two goals out of the water. Sirish not only helped increase my ACFT score by 50 points, he did so while accounting for my injury and refining my fundamentals. He was willing to work with my shifting schedule and always took time to explain his methodology. He corrected bad habits, provided nutritional advice, and taught new fitness techniques. While I am leaving Kansas City, I plan to continue working with Sirish via the Trainerize APP.Sirish is a fantastic trainer and the kind of person who will work tirelessly to help you achieve/exceed your goals.

Sirish is very knowledgeable and a very good person. He’s extremely focused on coaching and helping you do things the right way vs the easy way which often leads to injuries. His sessions are an hour or less which is great because I’m very busy. It doesn’t take too much of my time but the results I’m seeing are better than when I spend more time doing my own routine. His gym is awesome I highly recommend giving Sirish a shot. You won’t regret it.

I have been working out for over a year on my own using an app for workouts. I thought I was doing everything right watching the workout videos and looking at myself in the mirror. Sirish has been really helpful getting me corrected to the proper form. Things that the fitness app just can’t do for you. I really enjoy how he mixes stability, athletic training, and strength training. It’s definitely the perfect fit for my fitness goals.

Well equipped gym ran by a great trainer! Sirish is the best coach I have ever worked with. He is beyond knowledgable in all matters fitness related and is very passionate about helping his clients achieve results. Sirish has helped me improve my overall fitness dramatically and greatly aided in correcting prior imbalances and weaknesses. He does this by adapting the training methods utilized based off of the individual's personal characteristics and goals His training philosophy is best suited for those seeking long-term improvement by way of consistent effort and healthy lifestyle choices. Deciding to train with Sirish at Metro KC Fitness Hybrid Training has been one of the best things I've done for myself in the past year. The knowledge, expertise, and genuine care he brings to the table is unmatched and it shows. While I started with a strong foundation, my sessions have taught me so much and taken my game to a whole different level. This training will give you skills that you can apply both in the gym and outside of it for an all around improved quality of life. 10/10 recommend.

I love the hybrid training and sports performance training! As a former division 1 athlete, I have high standards for what I want in a trainer. Sirish goes above and beyond and helps his clients individually. My cardio capacity has gone up and I’m performing better on the football field!
