My daughter took me here for the first time and it was amazing. I don't have any other place to compare it to, but I sure wish I didn't live three hours away as I would go all the time. Absolutely loved Sweatheory! The owner and staff are SO friendly and knowledgeable, the studio is immaculate and I love all the little details they include in the sauna rooms like alkaline water & organic soaps/lotion. Also, I have never sweat so much in my life. I left feeling so detoxed & my skin felt so glowy! Can’t wait to go back & can’t recommend them enough!

From owner to front desk to instructors, all amazing. The place is clean and always has a good energy. I am so thankful for this studio. I always walk out feeling like I had a 2 hour massage.

Absolutely love this studio, it is an experience like no other. These classes really take you away from reality for an hour and make you feel so relaxed. It is the best yoga class I have taken.

Erica Pryor is an amazing hair artist! She listens attentively to what you want, suggests ideas if you need them and ascertains my cut is flattering to my face and compliments my style! I always love my hair when I leave!!!

Really love this place! The staff is always friendly. Suanas are relaxing w/ Bluetooth speaker. The rooms have everything you need including towels, a shower, shampoo, etc. Great location, I'll definitely keep coming back!

We came for a bachelorette party and fell i love with this space! We did a group hot yoga class. Joy was our class instructor and she was so patient and calm. We came into the class so nervous and left thinking we could do this again! We even looked to see if we were able to come in again on Sunday before leaving town. The front desk girls were also amazing. Would deff recommend!

Love this place! First time visiting the facility. Such a peaceful ambiance & I love how you get the metabolism booster shots before & after sauna. The staff was super friendly & helpful!

I did a sauna session at Sweatheory. It was absolutely amazing. I felt like a million bucks after. My face felt so smooth and rejuvenated. I hopped in the shower for the last few minutes of my session and left feeling ultra refreshed. The Bluetooth was nice being able to play music and not have my phone in there. The whole atmosphere/vibe is so good! 10/10 would recommend!

Literally the greatest place in KC! Such a relaxing and needed experience. The private sauna space is amazing and the staff are extremely welcoming. I can truly see why you would enjoy coming here on a regular basis. Can’t wait to visit again and try everything else that they offer!
