Was in KC from out of town and came here because of the good reviews. Didn’t disappoint. Great facility and very friendly staff. Person at the front desk took great care of me. Nearly anything you would want for cardio or weight equipment. Only draw back is if your not a member, you can only enter the facility during staffed hours, but if you a member it’s 24 hour access. An understandable policy. If I’m ever in KC again this will absolutely be the place I go!

Best gym in Kansas City!! Never super crowded, Sauna/Showers, bathrooms and fountains on each floor, 24-Hour access, leg machines galore, awesome staff!! Large windows let a ton of light into the gym which is a plus, especially in the winter.

Scam artists. Once you decide to leave, they will keep charging you a monthly fee. I cancelled my membership in August 2021 before moving to Florida, and they still charge me every month. I came and showed them proof that I was moving (lease and offer letter), they acknowledged it, then proceeded to keep charging me $120/month.

Great environment, great staff, and I love the plethora of equipment! I’ve recently got in the best shape I’ve ever been In and I owe part of that to The Foundation because it’s a place I have to go to daily just to be in that atmosphere it offers. Can’t beat 24/7 access either. The managers Matt and Ricky are awesome as well I highly recommend!

The gym is always kept clean and in order when I go there. The equipment is top of the line and the staff of very friendly. I like how the different levels of the gym are setup for various workout types. Great gym!!

Great gym in the Westport area. This gym supports many different training styles and has everything you could ever imagine. Ricky and Matt have been super kind and are always there to greet you at the door. I highly recommend checking it out.

I love my gym! The staff is the best ever! Looking at you Matty P, Ricky and Loren! (Miss you Alexis and Matt). The equipment is great and the place is CLEAN. And.. open 24 hours is a bonus!

One of the best gyms I’ve found since moving to KC. They have everything you need to get a great workout: squat racks, hammer strength machines, heavy dumbbells, and even fan bikes and a sauna.

This place is a fantastic spot for any workout type. The three floors of equipment layout is unique and lets me try new things when my workouts get stale. It has a very family environment with all the people that work there and workout there. Being from outside of Kansas City this is probably one of the best gyms I have been apart of.
