The Gym KC is the best value for the money. It’s just normal people, no one is too chatty but no one is rude, the west side location is especially chill and has a good basic selection of machines. Also a nice group room that’s always empty so great for dumbbell workouts, stretching, and pics. The river market location is probably the best for plate loaded machines tho.

Feels like lifting in your uncle's garage. Warm lighting. Eccentric vibe. Not your typical GloboGym with fluorescent light and pumpin music. All body types welcomed. 24/7 access. No contract. Access to 2 other locations.Amenities leave something to be desired. It's been months with the main water fountain out of commission.

Got a short-term membership here when I was in town for work these last few weeks. Outstanding gym. Has everything you would need equipment-wise. Can't say enough about how cool the vibe is too.

This place is pretty no-frills, but it's never too busy and the location is convenient. I will say - the bathroom/changing rooms are dirty, and there isn't any wifi currently. Also, the membership prices are incorrect on the website. I was charged $45 for a monthly membership, but the site lists it as $40.

My knees appreciate the soft cushiony floor. The vintage vibe is really well done. It's so spacious, I usually have no one around me. Love the flexibility of the entry door and coming whenever.

70's vibe gym that dissuades from the usual meathead vibe. Everyone here is friendly and biggest one compared to thee other GymKc locations.

I like the remote location, the industrial but retro vibe, and the down-to-Earth staff. The best part about it is that even when the traffic is busier than expected, it’s still chilllll. The people who workout here are cool. I love that it feels so much like a quiet loft home that I’m able to get more in the zone! Westside is just comfortable.

I love this gym so much! I always feel so comfortable when I workout here and I never have to wait on a machine. It’s retro vibe is super unique, and they keep it clean. The cycling classes when the weather is nice are my favorite! They open the garage door and it feels awesome.

I really like this gym! I like to lift weights and each location has a good amount of free weights and machines. I rarely have to wait on a piece of equipment. I also like to attend the yoga classes that they offer 3 times a week. They offer many other classes that are included with the membership as well.

I love this gym. The staff is really nice and helpful. It's a strange looking gym with orange walls and weird layout but I love it. There are always machines available to use and I like the yoga class.I always see people use machines and never wipe their sweat off but the staff does a good job of wiping down the machines, moping and washing towels.Very safe and comfortable feeling.Pros:24 hours, affordable, roomy, nice staff, good classes, clean bathroomsCons:Can be crowded after work (like most places), if you forget your code after hours you can't go inside, people don't always wipe down machines, limited parking
