Just joined here after being a member of Anytime fitness on the corner of Robert E Lee for 5 years. It’s a great experience, I forgot what a real gym felt like. Anytime Fitness had got so bad and I did not really realize it. So glad to be a member here.

I was there to see the place. I joined while there. They took Silver Sneakers. A nice young man took me on a tour. It had lots of treadmills and stationery bikes some recumbent. There was a pool not big enough for laps but there was a water exercise class in the pool. There was a weight room with cable machines and free weights. I was told they had dry and wet saunas,locker room, a spin room and a yoga area. It was well equipped. We got there at around 9 o'clock busy but room to get on the equipment. It seemed a little expensive if not for the Silver Sneakers. I plan to go back and try it soon.
