I like that each time I come in it's a different workout still targeting full body. After 2 months I notice a huge difference in strength. I love it! It's definitely targeted for any age or fitness level.

I love orange theory especially the Metaire location. Plenty of parking, gym is larger than other gyms around the city. The coaches are great and play great music.

I am pretty disappointed with my experience. I was singled out when I was walking on the treads while everyone was running and it was very embarrassing. At the time they were not letting us in the building until right when class started, so there was little to no time to express limitations to the coach. The way I see it is if I am paying the money, I work out at my chosen pace. If I want to be pushed, I’ll make it pretty clear. Please respect the limitations of the folks that darken your doors.

Thankful that I had some friends introduce me to this program. It is awesome that they allow your first class free so you can get an idea of what to expect! They have awesome coaches that lead you through workouts and the heart rate monitors are incredibly accurate!!! I am a garmin running girl so I’m used to tracking heart rate but they take it to a new level!Shout out to the Metairie, LA location for being so welcoming

Love OTF! I’ve never been a big workout person, but went to 1 class to try it out and just fell in love! It’s not a simple easy workout. It’s tough and they push you and you really feel it during the class, but then afterward you feel excited that you finished and want to go back and do it all again! Definitely recommend to anyone wanting to try it out!

I love Orangetheory Metairie! I am happy to say that I have been consistent with the workouts since I joined as a founding member. The workouts are always different to keep you interested. The coaches are fantastic and the staff makes you feel so welcome. Give it a try!

I’ve been going here for about a month and I love it! It’s hard for me to stay committed to something especially working out but the staff, the music, the workouts just keep bringing me back! It’s a big deal when you book your next session as soon as leaving one- that’s how fun it is! I definitely would recommend trying a class or two because you’ll definitely get hooked!

This was my first time at Orange theory in Metairie, and I had a great work out class. The front desk was so nice and explained everything, then Matt the instructor was awesome, full of energy. He went over the class before it started, and made sure I know how to use the equipment. During the class, he was very motovating and cheering us up. I burned more calories in one class than I ever did at any other gyms. Great location and awesome customer service :)
