A lovely woman by the name Mea provided a welcoming atmosphere upon my visit to this location. She has a wonderful personality and a great attitude. She is always a pleasure to see!

The Kenner location is great. The front desk people are very friendly and inviting. Like all gyms, there is a packed and quiet time to go. At this location it seems the earlier the better (for me) because I don't like to wait for equipment. If you're motivated being surrounded by other lifters or runners then after 5pm would be better for you.

Since my first review was deletedOn July 6,2021 at approximately 0615 hours, I went to the Williams location in Kenner. I forgot my scan card, as most do, it was on my other key holder. I advised ?John? who appeared to be a manager due to the gray collared shirt, BM wearing glasses, to give a better description of the associate, that I did not have my scan card could he look my name up, something I know that can be done easily and quickly, John advised for me to upload the app, I advised I had the app but am unable to upload my scan card and have tried in the past, I asked again can you look me up, John advised ?I can but I?m not going to make a habit out of it? and then proceeded to rudely face the sign on the counter towards me stating ?that?s what this signs for? I advised okay sir you don?t have to be rude, after that he asked me many questions (first and last name/birthday/phone number) finally he finds my account, I then ask can I tan, he points to the book and says nothing, I sign the book and after he punches in the time John says nothing and walks away I ask what room am I going in since he never advised. The whole experience was rude and unprofessional and could?ve easily been avoided by a quick scan in by the employee, I know I?m not the only person who forgets their card and not everyone has access to an app. Let me note ?John?s? entire demeanor towards me during this encounter was very uncomfortable and I don?t feel like any person should be treated indifferent because of a simple request to scan someone in, for a business that promotes ?no judgement? John isn?t the best representative. I?ve been a member for years, and have never experienced a rude encounter at any location.

Always clean, friendly staff, little to no wait times at the times of day/night I go, and no lunk alarms. My choice location, this one. There’s a location closer to where I live, but this one is better, so I make the trek every time. Worth it for a peaceful workout. I do miss some of the old staff that were here pre-covid, though.

It's a perfect place to work out. The ample amount of equipment means you don't have to wait for equipment very long. To top it off I'd say it's likely the cleanest gym you will find anywhere!

Just joined. I met the nicest person upon registering. His name was Harry. He was so attentive to me not knowing much about doing it on my phone. Your company is very fortunate to have him.Coming from a background which depended on customer service ( professional caterer ) I would have given my right arm for an employee such as him.Cannot wait to begin my journey of fitness with pf.Sincerely,Elma Grisbaum

I had been a member at Planet Fitness for only three days before the staff cut the lock on my locker. This act was completely disrespectful and a violation of privacy as well. This shows they do not value their members and I feel as if I have been discriminated. Considering this is a well known company and business, I’m extremely disappointed and expected much more from what I thought was a reputable company. I have cancelled my membership and will be looking for a place that will appreciate my patronage.

Very clean, employees are very nice and helpful!Hey are very encouraging!! Machines that are broken need to be removed and get more in !! Not a lot of bikes to ride ! Would love to have sounds bikes put in with a class!!!
