I got my membership 7 months ago and I could not be more impressed. The cleanliness, the friendliest staff who are patiently helpful, the vast variety of equipment, the top quality locker rooms, and the overall peacefulness in the building are the reasons why I will keep my membership for many years to come.

This gym—if all you’re accustomed to is the impoverished, insular GNO market—is big enough, has enough machines and weights to get the job done. But if you have even the slightest expectation of cleanliness and technologically current equipment, if you’ve ever lived outside of GNO, where competition spurs better quality services, you won’t be able to abide this germ-ridden dump. The bathrooms have mold and fungus, mildew and stench, the equipment is rusted and outmoded. The gym administrator doesn’t dignify cleanliness concerns with any degree of action or grace. Proceed with caution, you’ll be stuck for a year’s costs for a one-sided breached contract. ~$70 or more per month definitely isn’t warranted.

Gym is not bad. On the expensive side comparing to other gyms.The only negative is that whoever is in charge is trying to save money on AC.74f inside while it’s 85f outside. I don’t think that’s right.
