Music is too loud. Even when I turn the volume up in my phone I can still hear the gym music. Overall gym is good.

Man I've been trying to activate my membership, and there's no way it takes me this long to activate I've called 2 days and no one seems to answer they respond to my emails but takes them another day to answer or sometimes not even nothing ,there is no way it should take this long
