Uplifting atmosphere. Challenging yet doable workouts. All of the coaches are really knowledgeable and encouraging. I talk about Undaunted with all my friends. I’ve never seen results as quickly as I have here, and I know it’s because it’s the first gym where I look forward to the classes. It’s also a place where I know the coaches and other members want to see me succeed. You can’t find that just anywhere. ❤️

I absolutely love undaunted! I finally have a gym that I feel comfortable in. I would always join gyms and then get discouraged because I didn’t know what I was doing or everyone else around me was in such good shape and I would get discouraged because I felt like I didn’t belong. At undaunted I feel wanted, I feel motivated. I feel like I belong. I have coaches helping me and pushing me to be my best self not only physically but mentally too. I don’t just have a gym now, I have a fitness family.

I’m loving it!!! It has been amazing.As an ex volleyball player, I missed being pushed to my limits and building and bettering myself!Your coaches are amazing!I love my 5:30am peeps too!I started out because I was offered a free class just like anyone else! And my first time there, I fell in love with it and had to sign up! I even joined the challenge😉I wouldn’t trade my gym for ANYTHING!!!
