Wellness Center

One of the reasons I chose The Wellness center was the steam room. The steam room has been out of order for nearly a year and worked only intermittently before the complete shutdown. When I ask about the status, I am given no time table for it's return. Thinking of other choices.....

This place is in need of a major refresh. The steam room in the men's area has been inoperable for months. Their claim is, "they are waiting on a part". PLEASE

Swim class poor instructorsIt's hot, they have been waiting for a part for months. Do not pay to join this club Elmwood much better, this is LCMC, How can they hire new instructors if the ac is not working in the pool area.Poor

Man this place is great. The staff, the parking, the pool, the machines. So much great stuff n programs to do.

Heated pools are the best. Need longer hours though.

I joined for the steam room and the heated pool .. The steam room is and has been out of order for a while … and the heated pool has a crack on the bottom and they are talking about closing it down to refinish the bottom .. I heard people throw around the two month time frame … so everything I joined for .. is gone .. just a heads up .. maybe the steam room and heated pool isn’t what your thinking of joining for

Went to get a massage and the massage therapist “Julie” with the red hair tried to make a move on me. Super inappropriate. Big mistake booking a massage thinking I could relax and then having some woman try and touch me inappropriately while my wife is there as well. Disrespectful to the both of us. Never coming back.

Public relations are horrible!!! My wife and her mother were very active members prior to the pandemic.. The Wellness center closed its doors for the pandemic and our membership was canceled. Now that things are a little safer, we tried to reactivate our membership. The membership staff wants to charge $40 for each membership to be reinstated. REALLY!!!Im moving their memberships to Elmwood Fitness Center, where I’m a member and love. In addition to being a bigger and better facility they take our Humana insurance where The Wellness Center Doesn’t. Another thing… I never did understand why the wellness center doesn’t accept one of the biggest insurance carriers for seniors in the area.My wife and mother-in-law were willing to pay for the convenience since we live less than a mile away. I refuse to allow them to be greedy and take advantage of a situation that was completely out of our control. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to do business with them in anyway what so ever. Do yourself a favor and check out Elmwood Fitness Center and compare advantage’s before being sucked into a one way contract. It’s worth the drive… 10 minutes extra in my case…

This place is the complete package plus more. It has absolutely everything you need and perhaps didn't know you need in a total body workout. Afterwards Zen out. Plenty of more than satisfied, fit and loving life again.

Everyone there is professional. I can ask any question and they will go above and beyond to answer me in detail. I absolutely love the pool areas. Outside of the great classes, I find it extremely relaxing. The steam room also relaxes my body as does the Jacuzzi. Thank you team! :)
