Great place to learn how to box. this gym has something you will not get from any other gym. it is a one of a kind. great instructors. great training. personally when i was still going to go the distance fitness i saw a change in my health for the better, something i wanted, plus i learned how to defend my self at the same time. I Am glad i did not pass this opportunity up. this is a great place, i would highly recommend Go The Distance Fitness as a main gym.

I prepaid 10 personal training sessions and after my first appointment the trainer I selected was suddenly no longer available, without warning or notice. The owner refused to reimburse me for my 9 unused appointments and was discourteous with my request for a refund. Overall very bad experience and would not recommend this facility.
