I've been a member of Kenosha Aikikai for 15 years. It continues to be a source of fun, exercise, discipline, and social connections. The martial art of aikido fits perfectly with my peaceable beliefs. It had given me confidence in my everyday life. I love the traditional discipline and atmosphere of respect. Everyone is welcome at the dojo.

I was attracted to Aikido (also known as "The Art of Peace") four years ago. I've been coming to this dojo (martial arts school) for over a year now, and I receive excellent instruction from the Chief (Head) Instructor and instructors here. Classes are well-structured, fun, and vigorous! I always take away something positive after every class. I highly recommend this dojo to those looking into practicing Aikido to enhance their personal life and to begin their martial arts journey.

A traditional Japanese martial arts dojo teaching aikido, affiliated with the United States Aikido Federation (USAF). Kenosha Aikikai offers both adult and youth programs, in addition to traditional Japanese weapons (wooden sword, knife, and staff) instruction. Also, the dojo has a separate Iaido program, which is the art of drawing a sword.
